For all complaints, please contact us through hello@kinky.live. Complaints will be reviewed and resolved within five (5) business days. That resolution will then be communicated to the Complainant. Appeals or requests for any decision made should be presented, again, to hello@kinky.live.

Any person depicted in the content broadcasted or hosted on the website has the right to appeal for the removal of such content if consent was not given or if consent has become void under applicable law. To submit a takedown request or an appeal, please contact our compliance team directly at hello@kinky.live. We will conduct a prompt investigation and remove the content immediately if the appeal is justified. Dispute Resolution: In the event of a disagreement regarding an appeal or content removal request, Kinky agrees that such disagreement will be resolved by a neutral third-party body. All costs and expenses associated with this neutral third-party resolution will be entirely borne by Kinky.
